Introduction to NC

Angela grew up in North Carolina!  On our long weekend trip back to visit family for the reception... we walked around Elon University's campus  where Angela grew up and went to college. 

 Justin was also introduced to some amazing southern treats like cheerwine and moonpies by the Brantley's after having dinner at Cracker Barrel.  He also was able to go target shooting with Angela's dad and brother while the girls went to visit friends in the area!

North Carolina definitely has a southern charm about it but oh the humidity!!

Wedding reception in NC

Due to a quick wedding on the west coast, Angela's family and friends on the east coast wanted to put together a reception to celebrate this great adventure with us.  Sadly we didn't get any people pictures... we were too busy catching up with old friends and meeting new friends! 

We were blessed beyond belief with the well wishes... the great adventure ideas... and the gifts towards our many adventures.  Thank you to Mom and Dad Calhoun as well as all that came and helped us celebrate!  

It was absolutely beautiful despite the rainy, cold weather!
